Prior to establishing her own company that delivers quality solutions across learning and health Pip worked in the private and public sectors specialising in Learning and Development. Pip has particular interest in competence assessment and mapping, bespoke organisational development planning, resource development, Development & Assessment Centres, Statutory & Mandatory Training Competency Frameworks, Leadership and Management Development and vocational training.
Pip has an extensive track record in developmental activity to suit clients’ needs, from individual organisations to national initiatives. She has the ability to work strategically with organisations and interpret strategic thinking to operational levels. She has a reputation for meeting deadlines and exceeding clients’ expectations. Pip became a Director of Learning & Development in a large Hospital Trust and established the first cadet/apprenticeship scheme in the NHS and a vocational management development programme for junior doctors, both, for which she received Health Service Journal awards.
